ShieldPro Home Warranty Golden Plan – Terms and Conditions

Coverage Details:

1.1 ShieldPro Home Warranty, hereinafter referred to as “the Company,” offers the Golden Plan to its customers.

1.2 The Golden Plan covers the following household appliances and systems:

Clothes Dryer

Clothes Washer

Kitchen Refrigerator

Oven/Range

Cooktop

Stove

Dishwasher

Garbage Disposal

Garage Door Opener

Water Heater

Air Conditioning

Heating Systems

Electrical System

Plumbing System

Ductwork

Plumbing Stoppages

Faucets

Ice Maker

Built-In Microwave

Fans (Attic, Exhaust, Ceiling)

Pricing:

2.1 The cost of the Golden Plan is $69 per month.

2.2 A service fee of $100 will be applicable for each service request.

2.3 The Company will provide coverage for eligible claims up to a maximum of $2000 per year.

Claim Procedure:

3.1 To initiate a claim, customers must contact ShieldPro Home Warranty at (855) 588-6287  after the 30 days of the enrollment.

3.2 Claims will be processed during normal business hours, 9am – 5pm, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

3.3 For a claim to be assigned to a technician, it must meet a minimum claim amount of $250. Claims below this threshold will not be eligible for technician assignment.

3.4 Customers must cooperate with the assigned technician and provide access to the covered item for inspection and repair.

Service Technician:

4.1 The Company will assign a qualified service technician to assess and repair the covered item.

4.2 The technician will coordinate directly with the customer to schedule a convenient service appointment within a reasonable timeframe.

Payment and Reimbursement:

5.1 Upon completion of the covered repair or replacement, the customer is responsible for paying the service fee of $100.


Cancellation:

6.1 Customers may cancel their membership in the Golden Plan at any time by sending an email to

info@shieldprohomewarranty.com. Please include your policy number and contact information in the cancellation request.

6.2 Cancellation requests will be processed within 3-5 business days from the date of receipt.

Limitations and Exclusions:

7.1 The Company reserves the right to deny coverage for any claims that fall outside the scope of the Golden Plan or for any fraudulent claims.

7.2 Pre-existing conditions and items with known defects are not covered.

7.3 The Company is not responsible for consequential or incidental damages resulting from the malfunction of covered items.

Changes to Terms and Conditions:

8.1 The Company may modify these terms and conditions at its discretion. Customers will be notified of any changes in advance.
